The Oral History Project

The Senior Living Foundation (SLF) started on a journey to preserve our memories and tell our stories. The ongoing Oral History Project gathers information from individuals who were there in the early stages of SLF. Using an interview format, their voices and written words serve as records from the people who participated in SLF's beginnings. We strive to obtain information from different perspectives. This project provides a collection of words from those who helped mold this non-profit organization. They are the ones who saw the needs and took the actions. Listen to the audio segments and read the written words to understand their thoughts and motivations regarding the Foundation. It will reveal and confirm that SLF has built a proud tradition of "taking care of our own."
